kelsey bodine | about unveiledGrowing up, Kelsey loved looking at people's faces and this soon turned into a love of painting those same faces. From painting her sister's face to practicing theater makeup during her years performing ballet, makeup has always been a part of Kelsey's life. In 2010, she went the professional route, studying under 2 MAC Pro-Artists and quickly thereafter joined MAC Cosmetics in Los Angeles. She also had the fortunate opportunity to work with and learn from Karen Westerfield (Emmy Award winner for her work on Star Trek). After 2 years in LA, she moved back to Santa Barbara and has been freelancing there ever since. With over 10+ years of makeup experience Kelsey's work consists of bridal, fantastical Halloween makeup, parade and performance makeup; working on Indy films (including "The Plot" and "The Casserole Club"), prom makeup, and helping people redefine their everyday look.
